Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using AIRIX (airix.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AIRIX provides tools that analyse and estimate how visible your business may be across third-party AI platforms. We generate structured data, business descriptions, and public profile pages intended to improve your discoverability. We use product analytics, session recording tools, and advertising technologies (including Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API) to monitor service performance, improve the user experience, and measure advertising effectiveness. AIRIX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any AI platform it monitors, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Meta, or Mistral.

We also offer free AI visibility reports via email. By requesting a report, you consent to receiving the report and occasional marketing communications about AI visibility. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing.

3. No Guarantees

All scores, diagnostics, projections, and recommendations provided by AIRIXare estimates only and are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, placement, or level of visibility on any AI platform. AI platforms are operated by third parties whose algorithms, training data, and behaviour are outside our control and may change at any time without notice. Past performance, projected scores, and testimonials displayed on the site are illustrative and do not guarantee future results.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible at /manage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We comply with applicable auto-renewal disclosure laws, including the US FTC's rules on negative option marketing.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@airix.app. After the 14-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period but will not receive a prorated or partial refund for the remaining time.

For UK and EU consumers: this 14-day period is consistent with your statutory cooling-off rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For Australian consumers: this does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where services fail to meet consumer guarantees.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRIX, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. User Content & Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide. We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information submitted by you. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on airix.app are the property of AIRIX. Generated assets (structured data, descriptions, profiles) are provided for your use on your own website for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your licence to use generated assets terminates.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to, and will not permit any third party to:

• Copy, reproduce, mirror, download, scrape, crawl, or create offline copies of any part of the website, its design, layout, content, or source code, whether manually or using automated tools (including but not limited to HTTrack, wget, website copiers, bots, or AI-powered scraping tools).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying architecture of the service.
• Create derivative works, competing products, or substantially similar services based on the design, functionality, user interface, or content of AIRIX.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices displayed on the service.
• Use any automated system, including scripts, bots, or web scrapers, to access the service for any purpose other than as expressly authorised by these Terms.
• Frame, embed, or otherwise incorporate any part of the service into another website or application without prior written consent.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs.

11. Copyright & DMCA

All original content on airix.app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, user interface design, and software, is protected by copyright under the laws of the United Kingdom, the United States, and international treaties. © 2026 AIRIX. All rights reserved.

If you believe any content on airix.app infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent applicable law to support@airix.app, including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good-faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

14. International Use

The service is available to users in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries. By using AIRIX from outside the United Kingdom, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United Kingdom and other countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). You are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to your use of the service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction, including rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law, Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation, or US state consumer protection statutes. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory local consumer protection laws, the local law prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
