Getting started with AIRIX
This guide walks you through your AIRIX dashboard and shows you how to read your first scan, so you know what to act on in week one.
1.Sign in and open your business
Sign in to AIRIX at airix.app/login using the email address you used at checkout. You will land on your dashboard. If you manage more than one business, select the one you want to view from the switcher in the top-left.

2.Read your weekly briefing
The Overview is your weekly briefing. Here’s what you’ll see:
- AIRIX score — your visibility score (0–100) for this week, the change vs last week, your four-week average, and a line chart of your last 12 scans
- Peer percentile — how you compare to every other AIRIX business
- Coverage — how many of the 16 AI chatbots mentioned you, partly mentioned you, or missed you this week
- Top movers— the chatbots that swung most this week, with the reason (“first mention”, “lost mention”, “moved to #2”)
- Recommendations — the most useful things to do this week, in order
- Quote of the week — the best word-for-word line a chatbot said about your business, and which platform said it
This page is built to give you the full picture of your AI visibility in 30 seconds.
3.See what every AI chatbot said — Platforms
Open the Platforms tab to see all 16 AI chatbots AIRIX queries — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Mistral, Grok, and nine more.
Click any tile to open the details. You will see:
- The question we asked (the kind of thing a real customer in your city and industry would type)
- A second question that compares you to your competitors
- The chatbot’s full answer, word for word
- Your rank in the answer, which competitors got named, and any websites the chatbot pointed to
This shows you exactly what AI chatbots say about your business. Read three or four tiles before doing anything else.
4.See who is being recommended instead of you — Competitors
The Competitors tab pulls every business named across the 32 weekly questions. For each one you will see:
- How many AI chatbots mention them
- Their share of voice (how often they appear in AI answers)
- Whether they are rising, holding, or slipping vs last week
- The Versus list — questions where they got named and you did not
The Versus list is the shortest path to a higher AIRIX score next week.
5.Fix what AI chatbots actually look at — Authority
AI chatbots do not just read your website. They also look at six places off your site: Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor (hospitality only), Reddit, YouTube, and Wikipedia.
The Authority tab shows your presence on each, a small chart for movement over time, and a Gaps list of things to fix. The gaps are usually the biggest wins you can do between scans.
6.Use the ready-made outputs
Three tabs give you outputs we refresh every Monday:
- Assets — Code snippets you can paste into your website, an AI-ready brand description, and FAQ blocks. The code tells AI chatbots the key facts about your business in a format they understand.
- On-page audit — AIRIX scans up to six of your pages and scores each section for how likely AI chatbots are to quote it, with quick wins listed first.
- Crawl readiness — Checks whether the AI crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and others can actually reach your website. If they cannot, you will get clear steps to fix it.
You also get Submit Site, which instantly tells search engines like Bing that your site has updated, and a Public profile — a page on AIRIX about your business, designed to be picked up by AI chatbots.
7.Tune your scans
AIRIX builds the questions we ask AI chatbots from your business name, industry, and city. If your industry or service area is wrong, the questions are wrong.
Open Settingsand double-check both fields before Monday’s scan. You can also pause the weekly email, change your timezone, or hide irrelevant Reddit topics from your Authority feed.
What to do next
If you are new to AIRIX, we recommend:
- Reading your Overview to understand your week-one score
- Opening three or four tiles in Platforms to see what AI chatbots are saying about you
- Working the Versus list in Competitors

- Pasting the code from Assets into your site
